We pride ourselves on working with fresh, raw produce, making everything from scratch – nothing bought in readymade (apart from porkpies and even those are handmade!)  All our food is prepared and cooked on the day it is required and delivered in a refrigerated van. 
Dietary requirements always catered for if given prior notice.
